Phillip holds a variety of certifications and credentials Active in the community, Phil is a top fundraiser for the Multiple Sclerosis Society (Delaware Valley Chapter) and has been a Rotarian since 1987. Phil's passion extends in giving back to his industry, he actively serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey and National Pest Management Associations (along with holding committee positions). Phil is also a fitness nut and is an Aerobics Spinning instructor. Passion extends to his wife, Laura, and his two children, Samantha and Andrew. Phil firmly believes the concepts of WOW stretch beyond customer service. The precepts can be applied to all positions and can be adapted to fit almost any environment.
